Designing a Fully Customized Program
- Select your program session topic(s) and/or brainstorm new session topic(s) that you will co-create with Executive Education staff and teaching faculty members.
- Participate in one exploratory meeting with each teaching faculty member to discuss your vision and content needs.
- Schedule the program dates.
- Attend one alignment meeting with each teaching faculty to make further refinements to the program sessions based on your industry, development goals, and more.
- Deliver the program to your top talent in person at Minnesota Carlson, at your company's on-site location, or live online via Zoom.
