Full-Time MBA Courses
The Carlson Full-Time MBA program offers the flexibility for students to customize their courses to pursue their ideal career path. Establish a foundation of fundamental business knowledge through core classes that cover everything from accounting to marketing to supply chain and operations. Build your expertise by choosing from a wide range of electives that match your professional interests and career goals.
Course Modalities
We offer several different course modalities within our fall and spring semesters including in-person courses during the day and evening, condensed courses, and online courses.
During the first semester, students will be in class on campus Monday-Thursday between 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. with a break for lunch, career sessions, and club events mid-day. After the first semester, coursework allows candidates to add more flexibility to their schedule. Most student schedules include a combination of on-campus courses during the day and evening, as well as online sections. The program also has condensed courses that typically meet on three consecutive Fridays or Saturdays between 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

The Enterprise Requirement is a rich academic experience that allows you to apply what you are learning in your classes through hands-on work. Students will complete 8 credits of their Enterprise over two academic semesters.

- Participating in a Carlson Global Institute Graduate Student Program
- Global Enrichment Programs -- 1 or 2 week, faculty-led abroad program
- Global Immersion Programs -- Exchange program at a partner business school for a partial or full semester
- Participating in the MILI 6997 Global Valuation Lab Program in the Bay Area
- Completing one of the following 4-credit "glocal" courses taught on-campus or online

- MGMT 6305 International Environment of Business
