Ernie Srimaneekulroj is among the 100 full-time graduates honored in Poets&Quants' Best & Brightest MBAs from the Class of 2024. The "extroverted nerd and cat mom" is passionate about healthcare and innovative problem-solving. During her MBA, she held leadership roles like Medical Industry Leadership Institute Board Member and Carlson MBA Ambassador. Ernie completed impactful internships at Johnson & Johnson, leading projects in supply chain, marketing, and bringing J&J as a new client to the Carlson Consulting Enterprise. After graduation, she will join J&J's MedTech Marketing Leadership Development Program.

What It's Like to be a Full-Time MBA Student
Learn what it's like to be a student at the Carlson School of Management in the Full-Time MBA program.
After my MBA, I plan to return to the consulting world, pivoting to corporate and management strategy. I hope to specialize in marketing and brand building projects.
I chose Carlson for its focus on experiential learning, its small class size that fosters close interaction, its relationship with large fortune 500 companies in the Twin Cities, and most importantly its ethos of business being a force for good.
I decided to get my MBA in a different country to gain international experience and learn different cultures, and it has been a great ride... Also, I wanted a school that provided great opportunities post-MBA; Minneapolis is home to seventeen Fortune 500 companies and there are great opportunities. Having a strong career center is also a huge plus.
