Center for Human Resources and Labor Studies

The Industrial Relations Center, now known as the Center for Human Resources and Labor Studies, was founded in 1945 by Carlson School faculty members Dale Yoder and Herbert Heneman in response to the nation's growing interest in workforce training and development in a post Great Depression and WWII economy.
