Students who have enrolled at a college or university—including the University of Minnesota—after graduation from high school.

Former Minnesota Carlson students who are looking to return after a leave of absence, academic suspension, or inactive status. 

Students who are not U.S. citizens, permanent residents, or refugees and are on a temporary visa or require a visa to study in the United States.
