Project Criteria

  • CBE works on a variety of cross-functional projects creating value for an organization and driving results
  • Projects solve a variety of business problems including brands, leveraging assets, and measuring outcomes
  • For all projects, the client will identify:
    • Executive sponsor: A senior leader who will attend project milestone meetings and provide input on scope and direction
    • Primary contact: Supplies project-related information and helps the CBE team navigate the organization, and provides ongoing reviews of progress

Project Timing

  • Projects start in either early September or late January and run 13-14 weeks
  • General project milestones include:
    • Planning cycle and scope definition
    • Project start
    • Regular meetings with client primary contact & weekly status reports
    • Project finish
