Carlson’s affinity networks foster a culture of lifelong engagement and build a community of alumni dedicated to helping one another succeed. The affinity networks program provides opportunities for alumni to network, attend lifelong learning events, advance careers, and build the visibility of the School. Each affinity network is open to all alumni, students, friends and allies of the Carlson School.

Affinity Networks at the Carlson School

The Carlson 360 Network Affinity group brings together alumni and students of color and allies with a broad range of perspectives to advance collective inclusivity at the Carlson School. We do this by providing meaningful strategies that provide sustainable solutions to critical diversity and inclusion challenges faced by the Carlson School community. We aim to meet this goal by partnering with the Carlson School of Management to build a racially just community through student advocacy, outreach, and alumni networks. We are a force for good!
