Michelle Heyn is a Senior Lecturer in the Work & Organizations department, and in the Strategic Management & Entrepreneurship department, at the Carlson School of Management. Dr. Heyn has been teaching masters level courses in HR organizational theory and international business since 2019. She has spent the last two decades in leadership roles building and redesigning programs, and scaling initiatives in non-profits. She is currently a research consultant working with the Institute on the Environment for sustainability collaborations, with the Natural Capital Project at Stanford University; and she is working as a fundraising professional at PPNCS.
