About MISRC
At the Forefront of MIS since 1968
The University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management has been at the forefront of management information systems (MIS) for more than 50 years. Founded in 1968, the Management Information Systems Research Center (MISRC) at Minnesota Carlson has been an important part of the university's contribution to the field, and is one of the reasons why the school is often called a "birthplace of MIS."
