MISRC Digital Leadership Conference
Fall 2025 Digital Leadership Conference
Friday, November 7, 2025 • 8:00 am – 2:00 pm • Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota
The AI-Ready Organization
As artificial intelligence evolves, organizations face a new challenge: moving past ad hoc applications of AI to being truly ready for an AI-centric future.
At this year’s conference, business leaders, technologists, and research scholars will explore what it means to build organizations that are both structurally and culturally prepared for AI at scale. Sessions will explore topics ranging from workforce transformation and human-AI collaboration to the latest advances in generative AI and agent-based systems.
Registration for the fall 2025 conference is now open.
Bridging Academia & Business
Hosted by the Management Information Systems Research Center (MISRC), this conference provides a unique opportunity for business leaders and Minnesota Carlson researchers to learn from one another. Attendees will gain insights from academic research and real-world use cases while meeting and connecting with each other.
