Yuanchen Su is a third-year Ph.D. student in the Department of Marketing at the University of Minnesota. Yuanchen received her M.S. in Industrial and Systems Engineering and M.S. in Statistics from the University of Minnesota, and B.E. in Automatic Control from Tsinghua University in China.
Her current research focuses on social sharing and social learning. She uses analytical models to study how social sharing influences competition and how social learning influences inventory decision and design of the referral program.
Substantively, she interests in consumer search, digital marketing, information sharing, and information design. Methodologically, she uses applied game theory and is also open to econometric models.
