Biography

Greg is in his second academic year as a member of the Supply Chain and Operations Department adjunct faculty at the Carlson School.  In July 2021, Greg retired from Cargill, Incorporated after a 38-year career with the company.  Greg worked with five different Cargill businesses and two corporate functions, gaining expertise in trading and risk management, sales management, process improvement, supply chain operations, and business and supply chain strategy.  Outside of his corporate responsibilities, Greg dedicated time to both industry and community boards, including the Carlson School Supply Chain Advisory Board, the Global Supply Chain Forum at The Ohio State Fisher School of Business as well as that school’s Logistics Advisory Council.  He has been a Board member and Board Chair for several community and non-profit organizations and a frequent speaker and guest lecturer at University and Industry conference events.
