Biography

Aaron Piscione is a PhD student in the Work and Organizations program at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. His research interests center on the meaning of work: how people make sense of and narrate their working lives and relationship to it, and how these are shaped by nonwork identities, experiences, and relationships. His work draws on quantitative and qualitative methods, including longitudinal panel analysis and in-depth interviews, to examine questions of this nature.
