About the Program
Enhance your ability to lead with clarity, purpose, and integrity. Effective leadership calls for more than strategic vision and operational expertise–it requires you to show up as a principled, purposeful, and thoughtful leader. The Strategic Executive: Leading with Purpose program is designed to equip seasoned leaders with the essential tools for leading with integrity, clarity, and compassion. In this immersive 2-day course, you will learn how to align your leadership style with your core values and motivations, foster a culture of trust and authenticity, and create a compelling shared vision that inspires your team. By the end of the program, you will return to work empowered to lead with purpose and cultivate an impactful leadership legacy.
Experience
Over 2 days, you will participate in dynamic group discussions, interactive small group activities, and personal reflection time as you uncover the power of principled, purposeful, motivational, and wisdom leadership:
- Principled Leadership: Discover how a strong ethical foundation can help you make wisdom-based decisions and inspire integrity during times of change, especially amid rapid technological advancements. Through case study discussions, thought leadership exercises, and peer coaching sessions, you will practice proven techniques for effective leadership in human-AI collaborative environments.
- Purposeful Leadership: Engage in discussions with your peers regarding purpose and how it is perceived following the pandemic. Learn practical methods for embedding purpose into your team’s operations to foster a more engaged and motivated workforce.
- Motivational Leadership: Identify what drives you at work–praise, money, impact, prestige, or culture–and learn how to harness this motivation effectively. Discover how to tap into the motivations of your team members to boost morale and drive productivity.
- Wisdom Leadership: Learn how to develop your wisdom voice, see the bigger picture, and navigate complex challenges with clarity and foresight. Present a current challenge from your work and gain wisdom-based insights and support from your peers.
