Over 2 days, you will participate in dynamic group discussions, interactive small group activities, and personal reflection time as you uncover the power of principled, purposeful, motivational, and wisdom leadership:

  • Principled Leadership: Discover how a strong ethical foundation can help you make wisdom-based decisions and inspire integrity during times of change, especially amid rapid technological advancements. Through case study discussions, thought leadership exercises, and peer coaching sessions, you will practice proven techniques for effective leadership in human-AI collaborative environments.
