CHRLS Mentorship Program

Learn, Evolve, Thrive with Mentorship

The University of Minnesota Master of Human Resource & Industrial Relations Mentorship Program aims to foster meaningful connections between current students and alumni of the program. This program is designed to enhance students’ academic and professional development through guidance, support, and networking opportunities provided by experienced alumni.

Program Structure

  • Mentor-Mentee Matching: Students are paired with mentors based on shared interests, career goals, and areas of expertise.
  • Mentorship Activities: Start with our kick off session, followed by regular one-on-one meetings, group workshops, and networking events to facilitate knowledge sharing and professional growth.
  • Program Length: Program starts every November and concludes in May (6 month commitment)

Mentor Eligibility: Professional in people-related roles.

Mentee Eligibility: Open to all current students enrolled in the Master’s in HR program and alumni of the program.
