Human Resources & Industrial Relations Scholarships

Merit-Based Scholarships for Master of Human Resources & Industrial Relations

Minnesota Carlson and the University of Minnesota award a limited number of academic merit-based scholarships to students (domestic and/or international) in the MHRIR program. Scholarship consideration is extremely competitive, and the MHRIR program will automatically consider applicants for all scholarships for which they are eligible. No special application is required for these scholarships.

What is the Value of a Master's Degree?

For those who want to advance their career, the benefits of a specialized master’s degree, specifically Minnesota Carlson, are numerous. Graduates find more job opportunities, gain the essential skills needed in today’s business world, see an increase in earning potential, and much more.

Carlson scholarships and discounts are not transferable to other degree programs and may not be "stacked" with other University of Minnesota/Carlson scholarships, discounts, or reduced tuition programs such as Regents Tuition Benefit Program or Senior Citizen Education Program (SCEP).
