Our data gathering and dissemination are governed by state and federal laws, including the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 13.

  • Forms on our website collect information to help users request information, register for events, and more. We may redirect your inquiry to another person, institution, or agency to answer your question if needed. You are not required to provide this information on our forms; however, we cannot communicate with you about Carlson School programs, you cannot use certain features on our website, you cannot register for an event/appointment, and you cannot apply to our programs if you do not supply the data. If you choose to provide your personal information on a form, that data may be linked to your previously anonymous browsing activity on our website. That information is used to understand and improve marketing efforts.
  • The Carlson School partners with and shares data with external organizations and agencies to conduct its business.
  • We do not release, sell, rent, or trade any personally identifiable information obtained from visitors to a third party that is not one of our partners, except as required by University policy or law.
