The Sociometry of Diversity Fatigue

Session Track: Surge with Savvy

Male leaders are typically expected to initiate change as influential leaders in their organizations. Women, however, are typically judged on how they direct and delegate change before they are trusted to initiate change. What is this phenomenon and how does it impact organizations with diversity and inclusion (D&I) fatigue? This highly interactive session will explore the role women have in inspiring, directing, delegating, and initiating change while empowering their sociometric superpowers to affect lasting change. Explore how body language, internal dialogue, and non-verbal communication can inspire and promote D&I work, helping prepare you to step in, not just lean in, to D&I work.
