MILI Women & Allies

Our mission is to elevate women working in healthcare by creating a supportive forum where they can gain confidence, access mentorship, build peer connections, and hone their communication skills.

Our goal is to offer opportunities in these key areas that complement existing MILI and Carlson programming. Together, we aim to cultivate a thriving community that uplifts and celebrates the diverse talents of women in healthcare, fostering personal and professional growth for all members.

Our aim is to unlock the potential of women's leadership in healthcare by empowering them to assume leadership responsibilities confidently. By doing so, we can create a more inclusive and thriving industry, fostering personal and professional growth for all individuals involved.

Our activities will focus on networking and relationship-building through events, speakers, and MILI's online community platform.
