The Millennial Woman: Inspiring a New Generation of Leaders

Session Track: Surge and Soar

As Baby Boomers and Generation Xers start to transition out of the workforce, they are being replaced with an emerging generation of millennial leaders. Millennial women–born between 1980 and 1995– represent a growing portion of the global talent pool. They are more highly educated and are entering the workforce in larger numbers than previous generations. There is an opportunity for female millennials to rise to the top of their generation as the new era of talent and reshape the workforce. This session will focus on bridging gaps among the generations to ensure millennial women have the tools that are needed to become effective leaders.
