The Business Advancement Center for Health (BACH) is committed to serving as a catalyst to reimagine healthcare to address gaps in health equity and drive industry improvements. Financial support from our community is critical for BACH’s ongoing efforts to offer innovative programming and research. As the leader of the University of Minnesota COVID-19 Hospitalization Tracking Project, the team was recognized as an AACSB “Innovation that Inspires” for our work. This project also earned two Silver Stevie awards from the 2021 American Business Awards for the “Most Valuable Non-Profit Response” and “Most Valuable Service”, and was selected as a finalist of the 2021 NIHCM Digital Media Award along with top national and international media such as Bloomberg, Time and The Lancet, American Public Media, Reuters, Mathematica, Kaiser Health News and The Guardian, The New York Times, Health Care Cost Institute and Duke University, and NBC News.

BACH Events Fund (fund 23046)
BACH’s diverse events including Convene Conference, Interdisciplinary Health Data Competition, and seminars are the cornerstones of BACH's unique programming that bring together business leaders, students, alumni, and academia. Community financial support ensures that BACH is able to continue hosting these events for many years to come.

BACH Research Fund (fund 3609)
Through BACH-led research including the COVID-19 Hospitalization Tracking Project, BACH engages with students and faculty to provide innovative and impactful opportunities to advance the business of healthcare. BACH research has been featured in JAMA, JAMA Pediatrics, and Journal of General Internal Medicine, The New York Times, Bloomberg, NPR, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, among many others. Financial contributions support BACH’s commitment to developing premier research.
