About

Lindsay Vigeant, '11, is the Director Human Resources - Employee Relations at C.H. Robinson, where she has worked for over 17 years and has held a variety of HR roles. Lindsay is an alumna of both the Bachelor and Masters HRIR program and is honored to be part of the Alumni board. She is passionate about continual learning and education and, having worked in the field for over 15 years, she has experienced the essential value that the U of MN HR programs bring to practical application. HR, now more than ever, is at the forefront of key core business strategy.
