Undergraduate Mentorship

The Maroon and Gold Network provides guidance and support to our undergraduates by sharing personal and professional business experiences. It is a great opportunity to grow your leadership skills and Carlson School network. Learn more and register at z.umn.edu/CarlsonMentors.

MHRIR Mentorship

Participate in one-on-one mentoring for a Master of Human Resources & Industrial Relations Program student and help them identify their career objectives, build relevant skills, fine-tune their active listening and communication proficiencies, provide guidance on professional development opportunities in the community and much more. MILI Mentorship

The Medical Industry Leadership Institute (MILI) Mentorship Program provides a formal process for helping MILI students connect with seasoned professionals. Speaking Opportunities

Whether you are interested in serving as a panelist, seminar speaker, or classroom presenter, you can help educate the next business leaders by sharing your business expertise and experience with students and alumni through the Volunteer Speaker Program. Host Carlson Students

The Carlson School Career Centers bring students on Career Treks around the Twin Cities and across the US to feature one-day and multi-day on-site visits to local and national organizations.
