New Faculty: Yicheng Song

Assistant Professor Yicheng Song teaches predictive analytics and business intelligence. His research focuses on investigating digital users’ decision journeys and the corresponding firm strategies. He has studied digital users’ decision journeys in multichannel retailing, online media consumption, and crowdfunding platforms.
He holds a PhD from Boston University, a PhD from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and a BA from Wuhan University (China).
