Times Higher Education has listed the Carlson School 18th in the world in business and economics in its 2018 World University Rankings.

The ranking also places the Carlson School second among U.S. public universities after Berkeley and second in the Big 10 after Northwestern.

Times Higher Education bases its rankings on five criteria, including teaching, research, citations, international outlook, and industry income. No institution can be included in the rankings for business and economics unless it has published at least 200 papers in this discipline over the last five years.

The full list of rankings can be found on the Times Higher Education website. Times Higher Education is a weekly magazine based in London, reporting on news and issues related to higher education. It is the United Kingdom’s leading publication in its field.
