Carlson School Alumni Trio Among 2018 40 Under 40 Honorees

Three Carlson School of Management alumni are among the emerging business and community leaders celebrated in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s 2018 40 Under 40 list.
Matthew Frauenshuh, ’08 MBA; Adam Rao, ’17 MBA; and Kate Siegrist, ’02 BSB, were among the list of 40 individuals under age 40 who were chosen from hundreds of nominees for demonstrating “outstanding professional achievement while also becoming leaders in their communities.”
Frauenshuh is the CEO of Fourteen Foods, which operates Dairy Queen franchises across the country. Rao is a senior associate in corporate strategy and innovation at Sunrise Banks, a social enterprise that aims to serve inner-city communities in the Twin Cities. Siegrist is a partner at Lurie, where she leads the accounting firm’s technology practice.
The three Carlson School alums will be honored at the publication’s 40 Under 40 Awards Reception on March 22 at Union Depot in St. Paul.
