Personalized Recommender Systems
Assistant Professor Yicheng Song teaches predictive analytics and business intelligence. His research focuses on investigating digital user’s decision journey and the corresponding firm strategies. He has studied digital users’ decision journey in multichannel retailing, online media consumption and crowdfunding platforms. He holds PhD in information systems from Boston University and PhD in Computer Science from Chinese Academy of Sciences.
