Biography

My primary research interest is how consumers make judgments and decisions in response to adverse decision environments. Specifically, my dissertation examines consumers’ response to missing information, and how this response influences their product decisions. I am interested in studying how consumers detect, evaluate, and seek out missing information, with an emphasis on the constructive nature of such responses. I am also interested in trust and conspiracy beliefs, with a focus on their interaction with civic behavior such as voting.
