Biography
Nicole Newton is a Senior Lecturer and the Director of the Institute for Research in Marketing at Minnesota Carlson. From her career as a consultant and transformationalist, she possesses extensive experience working with B2B organizations, bringing the true customer voice inside to guide strategy, drive change, and inform decision making. As a customer experience practitioner, she uses customer insights to prioritize experiences that drive customer loyalty, reveal growth opportunities, and lead to the development of new products and services. Previously, Newton built and ran customer experience and market insight programs at Thomson Reuters, a Fortune 500 organization. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from Fordham University. She strives to learn something new every day, and enjoys teaching undergraduate and graduate students about marketing research and buyer behavior.
