Biography
Alison is a 5th year Ph.D candidate in Supply Chain and Operations. Alison's research is focused on people operations within healthcare. They are working with several major healthcare organizations in Minnesota to understand the experiences of joy and burnout and how they impact individual, operational, and organizational outcomes. They are also investigating how operational factors impact health disparities and how legal environments and hospital characteristics drive adoption of LGBTQ+ inclusive policies.
