Vertical Malt works with breweries and distilleries to deliver a field-to-table experience putting brewers and their customers in close contact with the people who grow the barley and produce the malt. They begin with a captive farming operation derived from over one hundred thirty years of family farming in the heart of the Red River Valley. The grain is malted using state-of-the-art drums controlling every aspect of the malting process to provide brewers the quality and consistency needed for fine craft beer. With this “Seeds to Steins” approach consumers can know the provenance and taste the difference. Check out their social media below!
