Pocket Perks is a direct-marketing, e-commerce company that engages students, families, and friends with local businesses. Their physical product is a card and key tag to represent Pocket Perks membership. Members show their card at the point of purchase to receive that businesses’ specific promotion. Pocket Perks has an annual subscription model where members can redeem any deal an unlimited number of times. Their website contains a showcase of their partners, promotions, a purchasing page, and feedback forms for us and their business partners. They provide their partners with feedback from their customers about their existing and new products.
