Accelerate your readiness to take on enterprise-wide responsibility. The Carlson Executive Leadership Program is a senior-level development program designed to accelerate the pace at which rising leaders can successfully take on enterprise-wide responsibilities.

In this 15-day transformative program, delivered over three one-week sessions, leaders learn a unique combination of the hard and soft skills required to lead in today’s environment of continuous disruption. Participants learn how to effectively lead from the front and gain practical tools and frameworks to apply to challenges facing their organizations.

This course offers an elite learning environment that incorporates peer learning opportunities and an action-learning project that directly puts new skills and insights into practice. 

Course highlights include:

  • Pre-program assessment and debrief using an emotional intelligence assessment to increase self-awareness and self-leadership
  • Four individual executive coaching sessions to enhance critical development opportunities key to your growth as a leader
  • Action learning project that utilizes course frameworks, skills, and perspectives and applies them to a crucial organizational initiative. Guidance and tactics provided by the Carlson School Consulting Enterprise group.
  • Applied mindfulness activities specifically designed to complement the program content.
