Susanna has over 30 years of industry experience across multiple asset classes - equities, alternatives, and fixed income; and multiple roles - analytical, portfolio management, asset allocation, and educational. She serves on the Investment Advisory Council for the Minnesota State Board of Investments, the Editorial Board for the CFA Society of Minnesota, and as chair of the Investment Committee for the Girl Scouts River Valleys. She is currently exploring the integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into decision making, is passionate about teaching sustainable investment practices, and is a fellow within the Institute on the Environment, University of Minnesota. She earned an MBA in Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Anne manages the overall operations and communications of the program. She is responsible for external engagement with our advisory board, professional mentor network, and clients. She organizes our Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI) signatory processes and reporting regarding ESG integration activities. She oversees student recruitment and program participation, as well as supervises support staff. Anne has worked at the Carlson School since 2013 after moving to Minnesota from New York. Prior to joining the Funds Enterprise, she led the Carlson Global Institute's study abroad scholarship and fellowship portfolio strategy, budget, and administration. She has served as staff leader on six short-term education abroad programs across the world and earned two certificates through the University of Minnesota's Office for Equity and Diversity. She earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management focused on sustainability and corporate responsibility.
