The Top 27 MN Cup Companies are here! Divisional judges have selected the top three finalists in each of our nine divisions, who will advance to the third round of MN Cup. These companies have continued to advance their businesses throughout the summer with the support of experienced mentors and access to exclusive events and workshops.
The following companies advanced to the next round of the 22nd MN Cup season, and will compete for a share of $400,000 in cash prizes.

2026 MN Cup Semifinalists
Each spring, judges select the top 90 companies as semifinalists to advance in the competition. These teams are paired with experienced mentors and invited to participate in educational workshops and events throughout the summer. Teams prepare and submit presentations, short videos, and business plan summaries to be reviewed by a judging panel of industry veterans.
The teams received expert feedback, sharpened their pitching skills, and overall refined their business plans.

2025 Grand Prize Winner
With more than 14% higher participation than previous records, the 2025 MN Cup competition was one for the record books. This season, 25 companies split more than $400,000 in cash prizes.
AcQumen Medical was the 2025 Grand Prize winner, receiving $100,000 for their work combining ultrasound precision with continuous monitoring to help doctors manage the heart function of critically ill infants and children. Their UltraTrac system delivers real-time, non-invasive insights for better decisions and outcomes supporting a critical patient population.
Swinergy was the 2025 Runner Up, receiving $40,000 for their innovation in converting livestock waste into renewable natural gas and fertilizer using advanced bioreactors.
