Amee McDonald is the Managing Director of the Impact Lab, a core piece of the undergraduate curriculum. As the operational and strategic leader of the program, she has developed a curriculum that guides students through high-impact experiential learning, where they learn to move beyond linear thinking to build a deep comfort with ambiguity while tackling real-world challenges for major clients. 

Amee brings a blend of corporate expertise and academic leadership to her role, backed by nearly two decades of professional achievement. Before transitioning into higher education, she spent nearly eight years honing her strategic and analytical skills in the corporate and agency sectors—including roles at Northwest Airlines and Mediaspace Solutions—before co-founding jabber logic, an innovative ad agency dedicated to supporting nonprofits and social enterprises.

Amee has spent the last 10.5 years as a dedicated faculty member and administrator at the University of Minnesota. She has a proven track record of developing high-performing remote and in-person teams of 3 to 15 individuals and leading peer teams of more than 40. Amee has taught an extensive portfolio of courses spanning leadership, team dynamics, and experiential problem-solving, helping students build highly sought-after, real-world career readiness skills.

Matt Ladhoff is a Senior Lecturer for the Impact Lab at Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. Matt currently teaches courses in Problem Solving, Leadership Development and Social Entrepreneurship. Along with 5+ years of teaching at Carlson, Matt has spent 10+ years working with corporate, nonprofit and consulting enterprises and has a passion for pairing business principles with an organization's impact aspirations.

Meghan Stiling is a Senior Lecturer in the Impact Lab and Carlson's AI in Teaching Innovation Fellow. She guides students through the Impact Lab's experiential model, helping them build the strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills needed to take on real-world challenges for clients, including the AI fluency now expected for doing that work well.

Meghan brings a background in IT consulting, consultancy operations, and strategy to her teaching. She stays connected to the business community and consulting to bring practical examples and applications into the classroom. That connection shapes how she coaches students to move from identification to execution, skills that carry over no matter what path they take after Carlson.

MyLinh currently serves as a Senior Lecturer at Minnesota Carlson, where she teaches in the Impact Lab program and helps students apply business knowledge to solve real-world challenges facing organizations and communities. Drawing on nearly three decades of executive leadership experience across finance, strategy, operations, and human resources, she is passionate about guiding students through hands-on learning experiences that build both professional skills and meaningful impact. 

MyLinh’s professional experience, combined with her commitment to higher education and the nonprofit sector, informs her approach to teaching. She is dedicated to helping students bridge theory and practice, develop leadership capabilities, and create meaningful value for the organizations they serve through the Impact Lab experience.  

MyLinh holds an MBA in Finance and Strategy and a BSB from Minnesota Carlson. She currently serves as Chair of the Audit and Finance for Children’s HeartLink and a member of the The Carlson Women Global Connect alumni affinity network at Minnesota Carlson. In addition to her teaching, MyLinh provides consulting services to organizations seeking to strengthen their strategy, operations, and talent practices.
