About the Program

Growth decisions are among the most consequential choices leaders make. Whether evaluating an acquisition, forming a strategic partnership, or determining what a business is truly worth, executives need the financial insight and strategic judgment to pursue opportunities that create long-term value. Strategic Growth and M&A is a bundled executive learning experience designed to help leaders build that capability from the ground up through three complementary programs:

Experience

Together, these programs provide an integrated framework for evaluating and executing strategic growth opportunities. Participants begin by strengthening their ability to identify, structure, and sustain effective partnerships in Strategic Alliances & Partnerships. You’ll then build capability in assessing enterprise value and applying disciplined deal pricing in Valuation for Strategic Decision-Making. Finally, in Mergers & Acquisitions, you’ll examine the full M&A lifecycle, from strategic rationale and due diligence through execution and post-merger integration. This sequence gives leaders an end-to-end understanding of how organizations pursue growth through alliances and acquisitions, helping them make more informed decisions and lead transactions with greater confidence.
