The Carlson School is proud to be a founding member on the People of Color Careers platform. Until People of Color are represented in rooms where decisions are made, real change will not occur. That’s why the People Of Color Careers™ platform was developed. They aim to facilitate Professionals of Color connecting with Hiring Managers and Recruiters at top companies, to be an all-in-one spot for Professionals and Employers to find one another. Their platform is designed with Black professionals and other Professionals of Color in mind, intended to help effectively identify Employers who are serious about increasing racial inclusivity at all levels of their organizational structure. People Of Color Careers™ was designed to accomplish two key things: 1. Create a place for Professionals of Color to be their authentic selves and meet hiring managers and recruiters, and 2. Support Employers’ DEI hiring, retention, and career advancement initiatives. People Of Color Careers™ accomplishes both of things.
