New Journal Leadership
In July, Strategic Management & Entrepreneurship Professor Aseem Kaul began his appointment as the co-editor-in-chief of the Academy of Management Review, one of the top academic journals for business and research management.
Impact Award
Work & Organizations Professor Connie Wanberg received the 2026 Raymond A. Katzell Public Impact Award from the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology Foundation. This honor recognizes scholars who have brought attention to the field by addressing issues that impact society’s wellbeing.
Research Honored
A paper co-authored by Supply Chain & Operations Professor Kingshuk Sinha was the runner-up for the Paul Kleindorfer Best Industry Studies and Public Policy Paper Award by the Production and Operations Management journal. The award honors the best paper in this field published by the journal in the past four years.
NBER Appointment
Finance Associate Professor Erik Loualiche was appointed as a research associate in the National Bureau of Economic Research’s (NBER) Asset Pricing Program, which explores the factors that determine the prices of and returns on financial and real assets.
Best 40 Under 40 Professor
Information & Decision Sciences Associate Professor Mochen Yang was named among Poets&Quants’ World’s Best 40 Under 40 Graduate Business Professors of 2026.
