Happy International Women's Day

It's International Women's Day, and we're so excited to celebrate with you!

At the Carlson School, we strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for women in business. We're equipping women with the opportunities, skills, and know-how to thrive in all roles and levels. This work is supported through our three pillars of Access, Empowerment, and Progression. We provide funds, programming, and research that open doors for women to get a world-class business education.

What does International Women's Day mean to you?

Empowerment

Throughout each of the various stages of a woman's career, the Carlson School has programming, mentorship, and networking opportunities so you can build your career no matter where it takes you.

Progression

Progression

Carlson School faculty make women in the workplace a top-priority. We conduct research that helps improve working conditions for women, including structural issues that can impact women in the workplace and how women juggle the conflicting demands of work and family.
