Progression
Carlson School faculty make women in the workplace a top-priority. We conduct research that helps improve working conditions for women, including structural issues that can impact women in the workplace and how women juggle the conflicting demands of work and family.

Women's Leadership Conference
Since 2005, the Women’s Leadership Conference has brought established and emerging women leaders together. Participants network with peers and select from a wide array of sessions designed to suit any personal or professional interest.
