The intersection of wellbeing, empowerment, and belonging brings focus on three equally important areas that each play a distinct role in creating community at Minnesota Carlson. Led by Executive Director Geida Cleveland, through new programming, partnerships, and approaches, the school aims to create a consistent employee experience for faculty and staff, and to support students in all programs.
