Yuanjie Shen, ’20, is currently a Master of Business Analytics candidate at University of Adelaide in Australia. She earned a BS in Psychology in 2018 and MHRIR in 2020. She was involved with Graduate Volunteer Consultant and Carlson International HR Case Competition. She worked as an HR professional for a semiconductor company in the Bay Area and Shanghai. She’s passionate about turning workforce data into practical decisions - improving hiring quality, employee experience, and compliance.
