About
Tara Lindahl, ’24, is Director of People and Culture at Rivers Cooperative Markets, where she shapes people strategy across four locations in the St. Paul and Stillwater, MN areas. Drawing on more than 10 years of HR experience in public, private, nonprofit, corporate, and cooperative settings, she focuses on employee relations and workplace policy, labor relations and collective bargaining, HR operations, and partnering with finance to drive sustainable workforce strategies. Tara is leading HR through a merger and supports unionized environments and collective-bargaining processes. She holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Carlson and a SHRM-SCP certification, and serves on the HR Committee at Bethlehem Lutheran Church. Committed to growth in all areas of life, she has completed triathlons and marathons, climbed Kilimanjaro, and is training toward a third-degree black belt in Shotokan Karate.
