Tamara Charm is a Senior Expert and Co-Leader of McKinsey’s Agile Insights Group. She serves clients across consumer-facing industries using cutting-edge Agile Insights techniques to unlock growth and transformation. In her almost 20 years at McKinsey and Company she has focused on using both qualitative and quantitative insights to bring to life consumer decision journeys, brand perceptions, highlight unmet needs and in general to use the voice of the customer to inspire her clients to action.
Tamara has an MBA from MIT Sloan School of management and is a RIVA-trained qualitative moderator.
