About
Richele Butler, '08, is the Director, HR Business Partner at Pacific Scientific (PacSci) in Hollister, CA, where she provides strategic HR leadership with a focus on talent strategy, employee relations, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. With nearly two decades of experience across industries including defense manufacturing, print manufacturing, eCommerce, and retail, Richele has built a reputation for aligning HR strategy with business needs during times of transformation, including high growth, M&A, and bankruptcy. She is known for driving organizational design, modernizing total rewards, and building HR functions and partnerships that create lasting impact.
Richele earned her MA in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota in 2008 and holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas. She is excited to serve on the CHRLS Alumni Board and looks forward to paying forward the many benefits she has gained from the HRIR program and its community.
