About
Richele Butler, ’08, is the Vice President of Human Resources at Japs-Olson Company, where she leads the HR function with a focus on talent strategy, total rewards, compliance, and employee engagement. With nearly two decades of experience across industries—including print manufacturing, e-commerce, and retail—Richele has built a reputation for aligning HR strategy with business needs during times of transformation, including bankruptcy, M&A, and high growth. She’s known for driving organizational design, modernizing compensation and benefits, and launching engagement initiatives that stick.
Richele earned her MA in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota in 2008 and holds a BA in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas. She’s excited to serve on the CHRLS Alumni Board and looks forward to paying forward the many benefits she’s gained from the HRIR program and its community.
