About
Lexy Bergeland, '22 MHRIR, is currently part of the HR Development Program at Polaris, based in Plymouth, MN. Building on her Master’s in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management, Lexy has gained diverse experience through rotational roles, including serving as an HR Generalist supporting onsite manufacturing, leading intern programming as an Early Talent Program Specialist, and now working as an HR Business Partner within the PG&A Business Unit. Lexy is passionate about staying connected to the academic community and values opportunities to return to campus—whether through engaging with admitted students, participating in career fairs, or now serving as a member of the CHRLS Alumni Board. Her commitment to teamwork and goal-setting is rooted in her background as a competitive gymnast. As a five-year member of the University of Minnesota Women’s Gymnastics team, Lexy developed a strong foundation in collaboration, resilience, and leadership—skills she now brings into the business world to build strong teams and foster meaningful connections.
