About
After spending 20 years at Intel Corporation in human resources, diversity and inclusion, organizational development, and change management roles, Jeana Kats founded Third Truth Coaching and acquired The Howells Group, where she and her team serve executives and organizations across government, private sector, nonprofit, and international markets. Her work includes leadership coaching, executive retreat facilitation, leadership development training, and organizational development.
She holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations from the University of Minnesota and is a credentialed PCC-level coach with more than 750 hours of coaching experience. Jeana holds advanced certifications in diversity/equity/inclusion/belonging and neuroscience-informed coaching. She gives back by mentoring women undergoing cancer treatment and coaching youth running. Jeana is based in Portland, Oregon.
