Carley Potter '21 is a Learning & Development Business Partner with CHS Inc. In her role, she partners with business leaders to identify development needs and deliver learning solutions that align with organizational goals and priorities. She specializes in leadership development and learning programs that help employees build skills, strengthen connections, and drive business results. With a background in human resources, Carley brings extensive experience in talent acquisition, campus recruiting, and internship program management. She is passionate about understanding learner needs and creating engaging, inclusive learning experiences that support both individual and organizational growth. Carley holds a Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations degree from the University of Minnesota and is a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Outside of work, Carley enjoys diving into a good beach read, spending time in her garden, and trying to keep up with her two boys, Graham and Marshall.
