Amber DeVries, '20 MHRIR, is a human resources professional with extensive experience in employee and labor relations, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at Minnesota Carlson, Amber partners with leaders to build HR strategy, foster inclusive workplace cultures, and enhance employee engagement. Passionate about building connections, Amber joined the Alumni Board to strengthen engagement with both alumni and current students. She is excited to help create meaningful relationships that support professional growth and community.
