Abby Gertken is currently an HR Business Partner at Land O'Lakes in Arden Hills, Minnesota. Abby has previously worked at Dow Chemical Company in the HR Development Program, having rotations in Total Rewards (Global & North America). Her favorite part of being an HRBP is partnering with leaders across the organization to foster positive change and building a positive employee experience. Abby currently lives in Minnesota with her husband and puppy Russel.
